Following the defeat of iSTARS during the last legislative session, lawmakers encouraged Superintendent Luna to involve all stakeholders, including IEA, to take part in the development of a future alternative compensation plan for teachers. State Delegates for NEA Representative Assembly Elected PDF Print

IEA members have elected 13 colleagues to represent them as state delegates at the NEA Representative Assembly this July in Washington, DC. They will join automatic delegates IEA President Sherri Wood, Vice President Marty Meyer, Resolutions Representative Jan Studer, and approximately 40 local delegates. Retired members have elected two delegates.
